Hi I’m Jo Peters and I’m a virtual Assistant in the Leicester Area.

Over the past 20 years I’ve worked for various Companies predominately in logistics and freight forwarding.  I’ve gained a vast amount of administration skills along the way, used many IT systems and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Prior to becoming a VA I used to work as a Local Account Manager for a Global Freight forwarding company for 10 years.  This involved me overseeing the running and daily operations of around 30 clients, some of them with a “blue chip” reputation.  The role was client facing and as such I was the face of the organisation, giving me experience and knowledge of being the initial point of contact. Therefore, I more than understand the concept of “first impressions last”.

My friendly and approachable personality helps me adapt easily to different people and situations.  I enjoy working as part of a team and have great self-motivation allowing me to work well on my own. I’m very organised with a high level of accuracy, and am determined to meet deadlines. I’m extremely passionate about my work and care for my clients and their business.   I’m a great believer in building relationships with people, as people buy from people they trust.

Based in Leicester working from my home (or can work locally depending on my client’s needs) I believe I can make difference to you by giving support, saving you time and money, while you get on with the job in hand.

Jo has been a brilliant support over the past few months, admittedly I do not lean on her as much as I could but whatever I do, and whatever I request Jo has delivered/ This was demonstrated recently as I held my first Quarterly Team Meeting in Amsterdam - Jo arranged the logistics and also managed to add new attendees to the plan at late notice, not forgetting making last minute travel  changes too. Everything went smoothly - which would not had been the case if it had been all left down to me to sort out!

Jo has been helping me on a personal level, as I travel a lot with my work and I'm very rarely at home.  She has sorted out my household admin, including electricity bills and even waited in for our electrician to arrive.  Jo is very trustworthy, friendly and professional.  Lovely person, highly recommended!!!
