Hi I’m Jo Peters and I’m a virtual Assistant in the Leicester Area.
Over the past 20 years I’ve worked for various Companies predominately in logistics and freight forwarding. I’ve gained a vast amount of administration skills along the way, used many IT systems and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior to me becoming a VA I used to work as a Local Account Manager for a Global Freight forwarding company for 10 years. This involved me overseeing the running and daily operations of around 30 clients, some of them with a “blue chip” reputation. The role was client facing and as such I was the face of the organisation, giving me experience and knowledge of being the initial point of contact. Therefore, I more than understand the concept of “first impressions last”.
